- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Saw provider for over a year she took me off of work. Was suppose to go back in a week, called/visited the office for a month to have my office notes faxed in. Case manager didn't receive them. After being placed on hold for a while I went to office, front office and manager were rude, spoke to provider who got in my face and told me that it was my fault and that they weren't going to help and to stop calling the office.January 31, 2017by Allison Schumacher
